Biography

Natalie Kuehn is a seasoned attorney with a significant background in complex commercial law, litigation, and bankruptcy matters, having developed her skills in the bankruptcy and corporate reorganization group of Sidley Austin LLP. Additionally, she had the privilege to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael S. Kanne for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Judicial Circuit and taught bankruptcy and legal research and writing as a visiting professor at the University of Illinois College of Law.

Natalie provides strategic support for Lighthouse Legal Counsel's clients on real estate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and corporate governance matters, ensuring thorough, efficient, and practical solutions.
